Web Page Updates!

Over the coming weeks we will be updating this FGPA website with a new look and feel! The primary motivation behind this change is to overcome some back-end update paywalls we were hitting in order to make sure we were running the most up to date code. We are also taking the opportunity to update our menu structure and how information is presented on this site. Enjoy the transition!

2021 Pool Opening

We received confirmation today that the pool will open at full capacity May 26th, 2021 at noon. Guests will be allowed this season. Snacks are allowed and there are plans for concessions to be sold. The pool will function similar to normal years with the exception that pool members should still practice social distancing and wear a mask if unvaccinated in the restrooms. Thank you for your patience as we continue to do our best to follow the updated guidance at the county, state and federal levels.

2021 Clean-Up and Plans for Opening

Dear Association Members –

We need volunteers to support the annual pool clean-up Saturday May 8, 15 and 22nd. A variety of projects need to be completed including raking pine needles, weeding, caulking, staining the pergola, wiring and more! The pool will be opened by 9AM each Saturday and a list of projects will be available for you to work on your own or in small groups.

Our current guidance is to open the pool in 2021 with similar rules as 2020. We hope to hear more guidance from the county soon and will update the website when we know anything different/additional.

Thank you for your support.

Pool Opening Update

The good news: The pool will open soon, following state and county health guidelines! The bad news: The electrical circuit board appears to have suffered catastrophic failure (lightning strike? age?) and must be repaired/replaced to run the pump, heater, and all of the other electrical amenities. We hope the repairs will be quick, and we’ll let you know as soon as we get the go-ahead from the electrician and Splash. Thanks for you patience!
